Certainly, the infrastructure affect the shape of the city, it's affect the planning and landscape by changing the gauges and materials due to the technology development. We can see this impact clearly in the populated old cities, when exposed to rehabilitation. The populated old areas, or built-up areas that linked the old areas and modern areas within cities, greatly affected by the infrastructure, especially transportation that affect the planning standards in these areas. As we can see in the picture (the link area) in the city, the city form affected when the roads, electricity, and water supply systems added to the area several decades ago.
