Despite having a great heritage and an important history, buildings in Saudi Arabia have started to look like other buildings from around the world. Due to globalisation, construction materials are all the same, using mainly concrete. Buildings have become similar in all parts of the city, leaving identity, creativity, and innovation, out of the building equation.
