The main consumptions are Industry and Others (mostly Residents sector) 3. a)Develop the country low to increase the role of hydro and nuclear power energy b)provide waste, biofuel and electrical power stations to produce energy without any country fees c)develop country standards for oil and gas plants and consumers to control CO2 level to install new energy installation and improve energy consumption efficiency. If the plant or consumer does not correspond with the current CO2 level by standard, it should be closed for giving a time to change technology
