In this building we can see in all its extension the influence of the modern architecture and the globalization in the design. The main material is steel and yet it is true Peru is a steel producer is transported in large quantities from another city (Arequipa). The legs are from a factory near the city. The separation of the salons is made of drywall which significantly reduces its cost. Although it is true that this building does not own any material exported from another country, if it has been exported from another city in its great majority. In my opinion, the main influence of globalization here is how to design, since it has not thought in its entirety taking into account the characteristics of the place, the environment and the landscaping.
