In this picture we can see enlighted tram track and in the background railways, which is telling us there are 2 flows of different public transport. Enlightenment is one of the dominance, too ,because this picture was taken at night in the second biggest city of the Czech Republic - Brno. The amount of lights and commercial buildings denote urban area. Despite of capturing the centre, we can identify a low activity of people while it is getting dark. Another example of invisible information might be the popularity of route passengers take. Urban planner should in my opinion consider frequency of roads and possibly make changes in order to achieve higher effectivity by investigating in which time periods are the trams overcrowded or on the other hand almost empty and how does it look like during summer holidays ( Brno is a student city - this affect alot). According to this information, time table should be re-scheduled. In addition, the night buses ought to be under taken by this examination to make the infrasturcture as suitable for the inhabitants as possible not only during the day. Payment of fines or tickets via credit card in trams would be a tremendous progress, too.
