Visible information: - Presence of bike path -sidewalks in good condition -Presence of green areas. -Disposition of 3 lanes for vehicular transport of round trip. - Presence of a university in the area. - Medium-low density buildings -Walls at the sides of the sidewalks. Invisible Information: -Lack of activity and services in the area -Reduction of noise pollution and pollution thanks to the adopted model of lanes and bike path The lack of services and activity in the area, added to this the existence of walls that turn the sidewalks into alleys formed by the sum of the wall + path + track, gives us to understand that this site can become very dangerous at night Since, although it has adequate lighting, lack of activity makes it an ideal place to commit crime. One possible solution to this problem is to deploy police officers and install surveillance cameras within the area; However a better option is to return it in a controlled commercial area or generate a public space that promotes human activity and, thus, reduce the insecurity of the area.
