As properties of city keep changing from traditional manufacturing sector to services, a correlation could be brought with raising living standards to their buying patterns of property. Choosing Second One: 1. Bylaws of Local government in layout approval in coherent to terrain sustainability. 2. Practices followed by builders as well Professionals and encourage to apply for LEED certifications. 3. Waste management being followed and its betterment.
