This photo was taken during the winter season in Saudi Arabia, where its very rarely rain and we can say that whenever its rain here the streets are flooded and that regarding to the very bad sewage system, so every thing will be flooded during any rain, and in general all the electricity is above the ground because there is no infrastructure here, So all that reflect on the environment and energy and wasting all rain water which we can use it in many ways especially in this desert. the people here have no idea or background about the solar systems or any ways which safe energy because they have the bigger source of fuel in the world so the people lack of knowledge in that field.
