How would you define livability? Livability is the capability of a city to attract residents in terms of economy, environment, climate, culture, cleanliness, job and recreation possibilities, and be affordable at the same time in terms of housing, health care, transportation, and infrastructure. If you need to define livability with the following terms, how would you rank them? (1: most important - 7: least important) 1. Housing 2. Neighborhood access 3. Health care 4. Environment 5. Transportation 6. Opportunity 7. Engagement Choose three cities in the United States: a. San Francisco: 66 / 62 / -4 b. Portland: 61 / 60 / -1 c. Seattle: 63 / 59 / -4 Housing is very important to me. When I customized the term 'Housing' at the Livability index into a higher importance, the total livability score went down by 1 - 4 points. This means that in the three cities that I chose housing is not sufficient or problematic. This post is visible to everyone.
