Livability is the capability of a city to attract residents in terms of economy, environment, climate, culture, cleanliness, job and recreation possibilities, and be affordable at the same time in terms of housing, health care, transportation, and infrastructure. 2. Health care 4. Environment 5. Transportation 6. Opportunity 7. Engagement 3. Choose three cities in the United States: a. San Francisco: 66 / 62 / -4 b. Portland: 61 / 60 / -1 c. Seattle: 63 / 59 / -4 6. Housing is very important to me. When I customized the term 'Housing' at the Livability index into a higher importance, the total livability score went down by 1 - 4 points. This means that in the three cities that I chose housing is not sufficient or problematic.
