A great amount of information isn`t visible. The picture give us an idea of how buildings, people, roads look in Asunción. Therefore, the inhabitants of the city produce a constant flow of data, which is generated by daily and automatic collected by sensors, that can be then taken as basis for observations of how the city works and for supporting future decisions. It help us to detect urban dynamics and to evaluate urban functionality.
