This photo is special because I took it the day we visited Rocinha's home with my college class along with my teachers to understand what a favela looks like. At this point in which the photo was taken you can see some neighborhoods of the south of the city, a rich region, you can see that there is a contrast between the regions and that are very close, a region that you perceive intrinsically that the fear is always Present on the part of its inhabitants and that the public power does not show any type of interest in this area that is full of inhabitants and culture.
