Visible information: There are approximately 14 buildings visible.There are approximately 11 cars visible. There is one Bus visible. 2 of the buildings are under construction/renovation. There are approximately 2 people visible. One way the road is 2-lane; the other way it is 1-lane. There is a theater visible. There is a clock-tower visible. There are 4 traffic lights facing in the direction of the camera; all 4 are green. There is a construction-crane visible. Invisible information: 1: the city is poor in culture. 2: there is very little public transportation. How #1 can become knowledge and contribute to the planning of a more livable urban space: if only one in 14 buildings are cultural(in a space of the city in which there is the only available space for such structures), then there obviously needs to be a shift in the perception of space. If a cultural section of a city's buildings is only 7%, then there should be more institutions of culture in order to maintain the balance of work, home, and social life in the urban space.
