I considered Housing as a category most important of livability. When I customized the term Housing at the Livability index into a higher importance, the total livability score went down about 13 points in the city. This means that, although San José is a rich city, if I increase the interest on housing I can drive up the housing prices that can unaccessible by part of citizens.
