As Caracas is very dangerous, the company I work with, recommend to be in safe buildings and blocks. Result of cost-benefit “analysis”. The size of the housing unit. First of all, I think the problem of Venezuela it not at the local level,it is at the National Level. However, if I were the major, the first thing I would do, understanding the scope of the implementations of a major, it would be an economic plan that promotes access to jobs by producing what residents need. This would probably increase the safety, due to at least some people can get a salary and also products that nowadays people have no access. This would be complemented with a culture-environmental program that emphasizes in the sense of strengthen the communities and the collaboration between them, which I expect results in the promotion of public means of transport and in the recovery of the social structures, that by politics are totally disarticulated but living in the same area, 5.
