FC-01x Future Cities (Self-Paced) - Exercise 1 : "Making the Invisible - Visible"

The attached photo is of an art festival in my city. In this instance, the street is not being used for it's designated purpose as a channel to get from one place to another, but as a meeting spot for vendors and visitors. Two pieces of invisible data here are the amount of people who have visited each tent per hour, and the length of the traffic light when set to "red". Knowing how many people visit each tent may help event organizers to plan for additional space if there are too many people crowding the tents throughout the day, which could result in a worse experience for the visitor and a lack of sales for the buyer. As for the traffic lights, city engineers/planners have set that red light to stay red for a specific length of time which is relative to how many people use the road while commuting throughout the day. For example if traffic is light in the mornings, the red light would need to be shorter, and vice versa if traffic is heavy in the evening at this location.
