This photo represents the insertion of housing complexes into a consolidated conglomerate. Above is being built the Housing Set denominated Jardim Açusena and below is the São José Housing Set. Visually, it is noticed that there is the implantation of supporting constructions for these such Sets, apparently school-nursery or police station. Invisibly, there is quite significant information. First, the insertion of these housing structures generate a significant population increase in this area. This generates an increase in demand for public services such as health and education. The construction of one or another building that will contemplate such services, will not attend the surroundings, because there is a lack for them in the municipality. Another factor, besides countless that can be conceived, is the increase in crime cases. Social works as such groups bring with them a population demand and, at the same time, a growth of crimes, because the lagged structure of policing of the area does not even attend the current conjuncture, much less with a growth in the number of personnel. In addition, other information can be conceived, such as increasing population demand for collective urban transport.
