In this photo we can see a great number of energy poles located in a large urbanized area of the city, separating two important neighborhoods. The poles were positioned as two continuous rows in a long and wide neglected area with no function at all. It completely shapes the space and makes the area dangerous, unappealing and fruitless, decreasing the value of the city.
