The main fossil fuel used in Bosnia and Herzegovina is coal production at 3768 ktoe 2.Where are the dominant fossil fuels mainly used for in your country? Those fossil fuels are mainly used in industry and residential. 3.It is your task to create a new policy in order to improve the environmental friendly and sustainable sources and consumption of energy of your country. How would you do that? One of the steps to make energy in a more sustainable way is to motivate and educate residents about the use of solar panels and how they can save money using them and improve ther environment at the same time. The banks could also give loans with low interest rates to motivate people to install solar panels. Bosnia and Herzegovina has a renewable energy target of 40 percent by 2020 compared to 34 percent of energy in 2009. The country’s geothermal potential is estimated to be the second largest in the Energy Community at about 40GWh/y which is clean and sustainable energy.
