The dependency on infrastructure is clearly visible in this picture. All of the lights use electricity to illuminate the city and the buildings and to therefore make it a liveable place. In addition, water is used to form an artificial lake, which is aesthetically pleasing and provides a tourist attraction (the fountain) and a higher quality of life for the citizens. In addition, the boats on the lake are an example of transportation infrastructure in the city, although this infrastructure's purpose is primarily in tourism and only secondarily in transportation.
