In the photograph, the construction of the structure is using globalized steel reinforced concrete for the majority of the building. Globalized techniques such as the use of the scaffolding in the construction process are visible and apparent in the photo of the construction site. This photo is one of countless other construction sites around the city, and the use of steel reinforced concrete as a material that is highly used all over the globe, and especially here in Saudi Arabia as steel reinforced concrete is the most used material for construction projects.
