Everybody in Kuwait is depending on cars as transferring vehicles between places so that all plans by Kuwait government considers this fact as the most important issue here. They always care about streets, highways, roads, ...etc. They didn't have any care about pedestrians and cycling paths or even mass transit so people here are suffering from many problems that related to cars like traffic jam, noise, pollution, ... etc.
