Top 5 liveable cities in the whole world according to my oppinion are: 1/ Zürich 2/ Vienna 3/ Sydney 4/ Tokyo 5/ Brno Factors of liveability are: 1/ Safety - that is a factor I don´t need to introduce to anyone, everyone wants to be safe. This factor is mainly influenced by the culture, customs and education of people living in the city. It is also about police force and the law enforcement in the city. 2/ Healthcare - another important factor from my point of view is a high quality healthcare, ideally avaiable for everyone. People should have the assurance that every single moment they are provided by the best possible healthcare - not only reactive (reacting on diseases and health problems) but also proactive (preventive). 3/ Employment and economic stability - city should be economically stable in order to provide enough work possibilities for its citizens and react proactively if any problem occurs. 4/ Cultural possibilities (entertainment) - city should provide its citizens enough of free time activities, culture and entertainment. 5/ Public transport - another factor of liveability is a possibility to get comfortably anywhere around the city using the public transport. I´ve listed Brno as a fifth most liveable city because it suits almost all of my liveability factors listed above. The only point that should be improved in order to get to the number one position in my list is the point number 3/ Employment and economic stability. Although this city is economically stable and provides enough work possibilities, the salaries are still really low compared to the pricerange and also in comparasion with the western Europe. This is not only the problem of Brno but of the Czech Republic as a whole. When the salaries will raise, Brno might become one of the most liveable cities in the world not only from my point of view. The safety is great here, healthcare is free of charge for every citizen, there are lots of cultural and entertainment possibilities and the public transport works fine as well.
