Stocks and flows of food and raw materials for food are centralised within Bangkok. Ingredients are often sold amongst the local population on a small scale despite a massive rise in multinational businesses. The flow of people to these areas is increasing to dense areas including the one pictured above. The local flow of population is difficult to track. Bangkok's transport infrastructure, such as the railway on this line has traditionally allowed flow of stock, including people and has led to a dense build up of population.
