I will think from the first glamps on smart lightening or to design some urban planning modeification to make it attractive. Attractive means make people feel safe and thus enjoy being here (recreations). I will keep this in mind and then i will do the following within my local govement team. 1. Having first discussion with my team 2. Lauch a social media campigne to discuss this issue and collect information about the problem 3. Organised an open brainstrormiong workshop for public of interest (stakeholders. such other other neighbourhoods who dont perceived this issue). This will be of two parts: first one is open to facilitate better understanding whats the ptoblem and how this problem impact people in there. + possible intervention. second one is to present the result of step 2 and get input 4. Second workshop to present the overall results of alternative solutions. also build a mechanism for giving feedback of the expected impact of such candidcate solution . this will keeo a dynamic of evaluation tohgwethe with the communities 5. Interven and realise the measuremnts 6. Monitor and get feedback as a dynamic loop
