The livability of a city is paramount. New York City has many great factors for it's citizens but it also needs many improvements as well. Overall it's a fairly livable city with a balance of safety, culture , job opportunities and a strong economy linked to the international market this picture was taken by me on a rooftop overlooking the Manhattan Skyline.
