Most of Texas is something of a river basin. Where I live we use well water, opposed to water collected through the surface. IE: Lakes and rivers Imagine and shortly describe how these stocks and flows could change in the future for the benefit of your area. The area's stock and flow is already changing. State administrators are nervous there won't be enough water here. There is a large amount of people moving to the state from other parts of the country.
