It is an excellent example of urban infrastructure and town planning optimization, for a multi integrated community, with commercial buildings for over 400 companies, employing 25000 people, 2 retail shopping centres, gymnasiums, restaurants, childcare centres, recreational parks and lakes, walking and bicycle tracks. It is surrounded by and integrated with residential estates. The inclusion of landscaped parks, community spaces and road reserves make it an ideal place to live and work. The government is currently constructing the North West Rail Link, to improve public transport to and from this area. The Link consists of 15 km of dual underground tunnels, and whilst adding to the existing urban infrastructure, it has minimal impact only at above ground stations (x2), as the lines are completely underground. The existing aesthetic of the entire Park will therefore be maintained, whilst simultaneously adding vital infrastructure to meet the needs of this fast growing community. The construction work at the end of the road is one of the two above ground rail stations, flanked on the right by one of many multi level commercial buildings, amongst landscaped grounds. ![enter image description here][1] [1]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14325339485568615.png
