At first, this landscape appears non-urban and uninhabited, but power lines act as routes and guiding paths to human dwellings that dot the barren wilderness. Although this point is far from a developed town -and certainly a city- it suggests that contemporary country dwellers in this area live by similar infrastructural standards as urban ones, and the need for power and technology follows the trail of human footprints in any direction.
