Not only do Airports utilize a huge amount of energy to operate planes, machinery, and the general infrastructure, individuals contribute to this energy consumption as well. Many individuals spend their travel time on their phones or computers, and to sustain this activity they must constantly charge these devices. Throughout the day, throughout the terminals, hundreds of individuals rely on the airport infrastructure and the electricity it makes available to charge and use their devices. ![Charging Station at the Boston Airport][1] [1]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14336143852014611.jpg
