You can see the railway lines next to the Zurich Nord railway station with all the electrical infrastructure that goes with it: all kind of poles both to, probably, distribute electricity and to power the trains. But lack of space, so modelling and simulating seemed to be unable to anticipate to what extent infrastructure will be needed. Not easy to see as the picture is not good quality (sorry for it), you can imagine at the bottom (look at the piles) an elevated railway line. You can also see to flyovers. The highest one is used for high speed trains (if I'm not mistaken)and the second level one for cars, bicycles and pedestrians. What you cannot see here is the Hardbrüke bridge, about 300 meters to the left of the tower in construction. No doubt the flyover for cars and other vehicles had to be built for two reasons: lack of capacity of the existing bridge and new neighborhoods being developed requiring new access and additional carrying capacity.
