The two building complex has more than 50.000 sf office space and in 2009 won the Best Year Award for the Interior Design magazine, not just for the beauty of the design but also for how the building manage the resources inside. Water, electricity and temperature electronic systems all over the space control and reduce the waste of resources. Sun light is use to is maximal potential and special design water tanks are used to manage the sanitary requirements of more than 6.000 employees. They have integrated in a very interesting way the urban design with the sustainable construction technics.
