However, appropriate tourism facilities (as the ones depicted in the attached picture) are not developed in Greece. Therefore, no added value can be offered to tourists that seek for quality vacations and who are willing to pay a premium for added-value tourism services. No national plan exists for the development of touristic facilities and each one for gaining temporary money constructs or renovates old facilities that do not comply with any cultural, environmental or structural regulations.
