It’s a tropical city, with heavy rain and highly asphalted floor, built over lots of undercover channels which occasionally flood. The impact of infrastructure on the present and future city design is crucial. The citizens need every resource they demand on a reasonable distance, accessible and affordable. There’s no good quality of life if you’re supposed to travel long distances or spend a lot of money in order to get or use the resources you need.
