Some people went as far as removing the tanks of their petrol generators and bringing it to the petrol/gas stations to purchase fuel as the attendants were reluctant to sell petrol in gallons. In conclusion, for any nation to progress electricity must be steady and in plenty of supply which is why the rate of industrialisation in my country is very slow. My government needs to look at alternative sources of power such as renewable energy to prevent the recently averted crisis in the future. Waste to energy and solar energy should be explored as future sources of electricity as this is present in abundance in my country.
