This picture shooted in Frutigen, Switzerland. This is the Northern entrance and the maintanence base of one railway tunnel. It is currently the world's longest land tunnel 34,57 Km and accomodates passenger and freight trains. It runs between Frutigen, Bern Canton (Northern entrance)and Raron, Valais (Southern entrance). There are about 21 km of single track without passing loops.
