"The impact of infrastructure such as transportation, water, health, and energy on urban form and architecture is a fact." in this photo I took a couple of years ago in Krakow, we can see all types of infrastructure mentioned in the above statement. - transportation - on streets, bridges and water shaped that part of the citie's area (commercial use, living houses, concentration of buildings) - water - this is the main country river called Vistula, and was till the 19th Century in the other place (some 500 m away) but it was artifically moved to the new canal in order to change the urban form of this cities part - here connect 'on land and ground level' Kazimierz and Stare Miasto Districts - electricity, energy - through that bridge goes a tram line - that's why so,e electrical cable wires are visible as well (it is not possible to hind them underground) [1]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14344027347840142.jpg
