The Teatro José de Alencar is one of the oldest theaters and beautiful in Brazil . Its architecture style Art Nouveu , has in its material its main component . Made of cast steel base , this material had to be imported from Glascow in Scotland. At the time, in 1910 , this material was not produced in the state , let alone in neighboring states, and had to resort to imports. Currently in Fortaleza, new construction work with local materials without import from other locations. There is a whole logistics of building materials and that does not increase the costs of the work, the builders used materials produced and manufactured in their own land.
