Working noise at 5:27 Am ! During Quiet Hours neighbors are expected to keep noise levels to a minimum in order to accommodate the sleep,study and meditation habits of their neighbors! These hours are from 9-PM to 8-AM Usually what happens is 5-AM to 10- Pm! Sometimes continuing noise till such as 2-AM or 2:30! Denial that the Boston University band had played on a rooftop![starting work at 5:27][1]played on a rooftop for several hours! Sometimes almost whole evening until late! Sometimes in the morning for several hours! Dangerous and the noise was horrific as it traveled in the air! It sounded like drums and horns being played almost in our ears! BU Administration is if is negative new they never know anything! This is not a good excuse because it is an excuse!
