Safety. **Why do we live where we live?** Benghazi: For personal reasons .. my family live here, I was born here, and I'm not able to take the decision to leave now. Previously the city had an economic and cultural growth opportunities. "I had to leave my area of residence because of the war. But, I'm still live in the same city. So, I took the image for a public place in Benghazi." ![enter image description here][1] **To what extend does your own place of residence fulfill your ideal livability criteria?** 1. Culture: 20% (expected decline in the future). 2. Environment. 30% (expected decline in the future). 3. Job opportunities. 10% (expected rise in the future). 4. Transportation. 10% 5. Safety. 10% (expected rise in the future). Final rate of Benghazi is 16%. **What would you change?** Everything. Starting from the dominant culture and till application of international standards in planning, urban design, and design. **Why do we move?** Valletta (Malta), Melbourne (Australia), Vancouver (Canada). In addition to the criteria in the first question, the proximity to Benghazi and language were influential factors in the selection of Valletta.
