A stock of wet-bulk, perhaps oil, that entered as a flow, is stored for a while as a stock, and is ment to soon leave as a flow. And a flow of wind. The flow of wind become more and more important as we place more windmills. The dikes are getting bigger and higher as sea-level rises.
