Healthcare Los Angeles is not fulfilling the role of infrastructure, education, and healthcare to be a top livable city. There needs to be better transportation systems in place to make traveling around the city manageable and sustainable. The city could put in place ordinances to build upward create centralized locations of culture, innovation and education.
