Transportation (Being the capital, it is the 'hub' of commuting to and from other rural & urban zones island wide) 5. Infrastructure (Access to shopping districts, banks, work offices within walking distances. Hmm.. 1. Environment - Implementing more cleanup campaigns, sterner rules/laws prohibiting littering or poor sanitation within city. 2. Recreational Possibilities - Few more safe recreational zones within the city.
