A Lot of people in this area are driving a motorcycle or car. The roads are overcrowded and this has an effect on the environment and sustainebility of the city. Private transport is considered a luxury. Public transport on electricity can contribute to the environment, but the transport has to be accessible for everybody. When people make more use of public transport, the overcrowded streets get saver and cleaner.
