The unique culture I was born into 2. The environment is very clean and the presence of so many fresh water springs and proximity to nature is very relaxing 3. Transportation is very good within the city. The roads are well maintained and public transport is available although it is a tiny city. 4. The safety is important to the city, and the residents are very friendly 5. Recreation Possibilities - 100; Q4: I would rehabilitate the communist apartment blocks to look friendlier and to have better thermal properties. This would be a major benefit for the middle-class, who are living in such apartments, present in all the central area of the city. This would solve the new migration tendencies from the urban to the rural in this region, leaving abandoned apartments in the city center. The hearth of the city would be reinvigorated. The existing infrastructure would not be so crowded in the rush hours, because most people would not come from their rural houses into the city to work, they could go on foot if they would live in the city center. Q5: We move to get better paying jobs and better prospects then we would get in our current home. I would also like to move to a huge city, such as Toronto, Vancouver or Calgary. I mentioned only Canadian cities, because I have been considering this in my real life, and have already decided that these are the top choices for me and my wife. I will give the most important qualities of these cities that I consider to be important. Why these cities? 1. Transportation - is safe and varied; the existence of the subway is the most convenient, and the possibility to get on a highway or on an airplane in the city is exceptional 2. Infrastructure - is very well developed in these cities 3. Housing – in Canada is very affordable and the quality of the neighborhood is always good 4. Safety is also an important factor; the tolerance for immigrants is very good in Canada. 5. Health - the access and the quality of the public health system in one of the best in the world.
