To refer to the biological model of the city, this axis is the ombilical cordon of our archipelago of Guadeloupe. It connects the port to the rest of the two main islands. For this axis, pass: - Petroleum products for vehicles: by road - Kerosene-aircraft to the airport: by underground pipe line - The electrical energy that powers almost all of the territory - Manufactured goods for resale in shops - Food products - The bulk materials for construction (sand, cement, gravel) - Flours of all kinds intended for human and animal consumption - Coke for the second unit of electricity production on the island. This way, whose the importance is strategic, is very vulnerable. It can be blocked by social movements, with a simple traffic accident, or marine submersion whose origin can be earthquake or hurricane. In the context of the global rise in sea level, this road is called to disappear. ![saisir une description de l’image ici][1] [1]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14177157669441536.jpg
