In this case it provides electricity to local radio and TV stations, and also to a few low to medium income homes and commercial businesses in the area. Dependency of infrastructure is high, because the economy relies on manufacturing, medical-tourism and other types of services to meet the local and foreign demand. In almost all parts of the City, you can see the infrastructure above ground (aerial), because before the year 2000, a los of the infrastructure was built this way. Currently the new City policies have changed, and they are requesting developers that all of the new projects to be built with underground infrastructure, or at least mixed aerial & underground. This year, the government has begun to introduce more laws to push incentives for other sources of energy, and some houses are beginning to use solar panels.
