Below is picture of a downtown building that houses college students. This building provides 800+ students with affordable housing, and access to many amenities inside the city. Instead of building 800+ individual houses for the students a single large building that used to be a hotel is repurposed, reducing on energy costs. Land is saved as a result of housing people together, as well as transportation costs, food, and electricity.
