This picture doesn't serve justice to showcase how chaotic it actually is. I've seen a lot more cars, buses, motorcycles, bicycles, and pedestrians all crowding near intersections. On top of that, not everybody observes traffic rules. I'm always afraid of crossing the streets there. Yet improving traffic for an old but booming city seems an uphill battle.
