However, this wasn't important as I photoshoped the picture so I can emphasize on the lighting diffusion produced by the city of Montreal. Each of these buildings light, lamp post, car, etc. are requiring a huge amount of energy to produce such a silhouette, also known as lighting pollution. On the contrary of the sun-rays, this artificial light is sucking energy instead of producing energy such as the sun-rays can do with photovoltaic systems. Therefore, we can see how this can physically affect the environment, and which kind of dynamic shape it can takes. This produced energy is asking huge infrastructures to support such a complex system, and has a direct impact on human comportment such as the security level that someone can feel whether in dark or light areas. For many cities, such light energy is able to keep the city alive and dynamic at night, such as it was daylight. To sum up, we are directly dependent to light, and light is directly dependent to energy. Human-being is organized everyday around light, and we couldn't nowadays think about how life could be live without light in a city, as it is the source of so many tendencies and way to live.
